Thats the problem, i cant prepare all of the cheats. Which enables the money cheat and such. It wont work at the game version 1.7.2.319 and plitch is like 312 i think.

Okay plitch version is 319, but the prepare cheats does not work.

Did you follow the step in the cheatdescription and activated the cheat AFTER loading into your savegame? (You can open up the description by clicking on the "i" symbol right next to each cheat)
Have you verified your gamefiles in Steam?
