Guide: How to edit Respec Points, money, and Exotics
While there are no cheats to set these values in PLITCH, you can easily do this yourself. They are stored in the Profile.json file, located in the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Icarus\Saved\PlayerData\<user ID> directory. The file should contain something like this:

These values represent Respec Points, Ren (money), Exotics, and Red Exotics, respectively – just edit them as you see fit. These resources are shared by all your characters. You don't need to own the New Frontiers DLC (which is required to obtain Red Exotics legitimately) to buy anything that requires Red Exotics. If the Exotic_Red value is not present in your Profile.json file, you can simply add it.
