What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Is the prepare greyed out?

play is either greyed out or when it launches with play, nothing works

Can you please make sure you're running both PLITCH and the game as an administrator? Did you make sure to select the correct trainer version in PLITCH?
