Help Steam Version is way newer? I pay why isnt this up to date?

So I played this game a couple months back, but it wasnt working today when I tried I looked at the versions and the Game is Build: 6228353
but yet plitch for steam version says: 38862??? WTH?

Is something not working for you?

Yes of course I did and No... NOTHING IS WORKING, and IN GAME IT DISPLAYS VERSION NUMBER. sorry had caps on, dont feel like re typing. but it isnt working because the version is way OLD! plitch is really behind
