How to Cancel Premium

I wish to cancel my subscription(s)  I have 70 days left to reconsider but right now I am totally unhappy with lack of support, and more importantly PLITCH not loading.  

I will find another service. Please respond with confirmation that you will NOT auto renew me.

Same problem here. I opened a support ticket and they sent me the same dumbass cookie cutter response: "You can cancel the recurring nature of your membership at any time from both the website and within the Plitch client.
For detailed instructions, please visit our FAQ, section How can I cancel my premium-subscription."

Ironically, the instructions are not detailed at all, and the support dude contradicts himself quite greatly. If you dont properly tell us, the consumers of YOUR product how to cancel a subscription, then that is quite illegal.

You already canceled it. Why do you even complain?
There is a big cancel button (if it is a subscription) next to each membership on the "Manage memberships | invoices" page which is mentioned in the FAQ.
If it is no there it is already canceled.
