How to prevent AI from having 1 turn construction?
It says to turn off cheats before ending turn to make sure ai dosent have the same cheats, so how do you use the Construction cheat without also giving the AI 1 turn construction?

to prevent the cheat from affecting the AI, you'll need to activate it during your turn, list the buildings you want to construct, then deactivate the cheat and end the turn.
