I can't log in. in client

I can't log in. in client 
It worked well when I used it as a Megadev.
It's not working since the client changed.
I'm South Korean (I didn't use vpn before!!!)
What's the problem?
You're a terrible follow-up.
Even if the company changed,
It's a customer who spent his money.

I don't know with 'isp' and 'dns' and 'vpn'.
The important thing is that what we used to it is not right now.
Even though I paid for it.

Which antivirus and firewall are you using? plitch is whitlisted in both and was installed and started with admin rights? You can not login to the client or are you getting andendless loading screen?

I can log in on the homepage (because I can use the thread).
But I can't log in from the client
When i'm on the client it says Username or Password doesn't match.
