Is the prepare greyed out?
Is your numpad turned on?
Have you tried changing the hotkey or activating the cheat manually in the trainer?

the prepare is green but if i click on it, nothing happens
my numpad is turned on
i ve tried changing the hotkey and activating the cheat manually but it doesn't work

right click on the game in your steam library -> properties -> local files -> verify integrity of game files
