playing on steam and tried the 2 latest updates but they are not working, all other cheats seem to be okay however,  the 1.100.0-definitive edition 2021-05-27 64bit seems to confuse the game, when collecting money from rival rackets to carry on with story it will get down to $30 and then won't go down anymore despite collecting more money, the previous update does seem to be working for that though but both version i tried the previous problem mentioned persists. My apologies if that sounds confusing.

I had all the cheats activated apart from the unlimited bullets cheat, and before even going to the first racket missions i had enabled and used the money cheat, after quitting the game and loading it again the problem did go and i was able to carry on as normal but since i already had the money in my wallet i didn't use the money cheat again.

Can you maybe send us your savegame of that mission?
You should be able to find it here
%LOCALAPPDATA%\2K Games\Mafia III\Data\<user-id>\gamesaves\default\aslot\*.sav
then you can open up a support ticket and attach a zipped folder.

You should be able to find it here

I sent the support ticked but i'm not sure if the save file was sent with it, i had trouble finding the save file as it was not in the location stated, if not i have recorded the problem as well. Also forgot to mention this before, after a cut scene i get a notification on the game saying that i have lost my associates even though i haven't unlocked them yet, i have recorded that as well.

Thanks for the info. I can't see right now that you submitted a ticket. Maybe something went wrong and it was not sent? Or did you already submit one and it was answered? 
Otherwise, here's what else I can recommend: 
Please run the PLITCH Utilities Tool that comes with the PLITCH Client and is located in the PLITCH Installation folder.
Click on 'Cleanup Registry and Files' and wait for the tool to finish.
Once it is done, you can do a clean installation of PLITCH but do not start it.
Now click on Repair VC Runtime in PLITCH Utilities and on 'repair' in the next popup.
Now restart PLITCH.
