Infinite HP in Campaign?

There is an infinite HP option in the trainer, however, this doesn't seem to work in the campaign missions (of particular note, this really doesn't seem to work in the Polonia mission with the train - "Path to Hope"). 

Any chance of throwing an update out to get this working?

That mission is the one I've noticed it on most strongly as for the majority of the mission you do not construct/recruit new units, and as a result those you start with are far more valuable. Most other missions I haven't needed to activate infinite HP.

I can go back and have a look at other missions and see whether it's a general single-player issue, or specific to that mission.

So, interestingly, today the infinite HP seems to be working on all missions; I don't know if anything has changed since I tried it (given there has been a game update in the last few days). 

It certainly seems to be a slightly odd one.
