The cheats are working fine for the normal game launcher, but the M2EX is like a total overhaul it's something akin to the WSE2 for Mount&Blade Warband it changes the launcher so the cheats for the normal medieval 2 dont work. So can you guys check this new engine overhaul and see if there is a possibility to add the plitch cheats for it?

Thanks for the clarification. M2EX is a community-made patch, and we only support official updates released by the developer. If you want to use the cheats, you would unfortunately need to remove the community patch and use the official version of the game. I hope for your understanding!
