thank you for reporting the issue. Please make sure to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking on their desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, load your singleplayer savegame and try to activate the Prepare. Also, please try to earn or spend some money, or skip to the next day after activating the money cheat.
