Hey GenRichards,
are you playing via Steam, GOG or Epic and did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/ GOG/ Epic) in the trainer?
Did you follow the steps in the cheatdescriptions? You can open up the description by clicking on the "i" symbol right next to each cheat :)
