Hey Secret41208,
if you want to make sure you're truly offline, you can put Steam into offline mode. To do this, click "Steam" in the top-left corner of the Steam client and then select "Go Offline...". Then launch the game via the PLAY button in PLITCH, load your campaign save file and activate the cheats.
