Multiple cheats not working properly
After the latest updates there are several cheats not working properly
Unlimited crew does not work - building ships that require more crew than is available in the crew pool results in the ships being mothballed
Quick research cheat is giving the quick research to the computer factions as well
I confirmed the versions match (1.6.1.0 live)
Brand new game save
Both steam and plitch are run as admin

The infinite crew cheat is not meant for the crew pool on building new ships.
It is used in battles that there is no crew damage on hit.
Research cheat should be fixed.
