Need for Speed Unbound Prepare Cheat Not Activating

Yes, It's the same here. My 9 year old son was frustrated, disappointed and sad because he can't play his favorite racing game right now. - NEED FOR SPEED UNBOUND. The prepare button does not activate at all! I've been paying for Plitch every month. So, I really hope it will be fixed as soon as possible!!!
