thank you for letting us know. The version number should still match the current version in the game and in PLITCH 2.7.0x. The October update was mostly a general Unity fix, which should not affect the cheats.
Which exact cheat isn't working for you? Were you able to activate the Prepare?

Prepare works sometimes. I did the open as admin for Steam and Plitch, and it still only works sometimes.

Did you notice any pattern on when the Prepare works and when it doesn't? Please ensure to always activate the Prepare after fully loading in your savegame.

I do not notice anything specific that makes it work or not work. The weight cheats are not working at all, my character has 19 lbs of gear on, and I have 60 strength, and it says I am encumbered with or without the cheats.

Please try to verify your game files in Steam. To do this, right-click the game in your Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files.
