Please ensure to select the correct version (Steam) in the PLITCH dropdown menu. Please try to start both PLITCH and Steam with explicit administrator rights. To do this, right-click on their desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate all of the cheats after fully loading in your savegame. Let me know if this worked for you. Thank you in advance :)
