what isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Did you launch Plitch and Steam with adminrights?

I tested the cheats but it seemed to work fine

You need to get hit after using the refill health cheat, to see a change in the value. Same for the energy cheat -> you need to use some energy after activating it.
