Please verify your gamefiles in Steam. To do this, right-click the game in your Steam library → Properties → Local Files → Verify integrity of game files.

I check that, also reinstalled the game and the app and it still doesnt work

Thanks for the info. Please ensure to launch both PLITCH and Steam as administrators. You can do this by right-clicking on their desktop icons and selecting “Run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate the Prepare after fully loading into your savegame and moving your character briefly!

It worked but after few minutes the app crashes without any notification. This happens only with this specific game

Did you activate a specifc cheat that cause the client to crash?

Please try performing a clean installation of PLITCH using the "Uninstall PLITCH" .exe file. You can find it by right-clicking the PLITCH icon, selecting "Open file location," and looking for a file named "unins000". Use this file to uninstall PLITCH, then restart your PC. After that, download and reinstall it using the setup from our website: https://www.plitch.com/en/downloadsoftware. Once reinstalled, please try to launch the game following the usual steps and use the cheats again.

Followed your instructions but it didnt help. I can use without an issue the "items dont decrease/parking is always legal" buttons/options but anything that is related to the prepare one i cant. is there anything else i can try?
