The trainer should be up to date.
Did you restart plitch and use the updated version?

can activate the prepare, but no effect on the game. The AI no movement and adding energy doesn't work

Did you follow the steps in the cheatdescriptions of the prepare for combat and skills? (You can open up the description by clicking on the "i" symbol right next to the cheat)
