Were you able to activate the two cheats, but they didn't seem to have a function?
Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?
Are you using mods?
Are you playing a beta/experimental version of the game?

i did the prepare correctly my other cheats function great but the only crew cheats that work are the stats, no mods and its the full game i bought it on this last friday. i did prepare both before and after a saved game all the cheats work regardless just not the god grew or perfect crew or any other cheats in that list only all the others work great
