are you playing via Steam or Origin and are you playing Red Alert or Tiberian Dawn? Did you make sure to select the correct version (SteamRedAlert/SteamTiberianDawn/OriginRedAlert/OriginTiberianDawn) in the trainer?

Please make sure that you only activate the cheats when you are in an active mission and disable them before you finish the mission.
Also note that the cheats are only meant for the story/campaign and not for skirmish

Please try to verify your game files in Steam for errors (Steam library < C&C Remastered Collection < right click < properties < installed files < verify integrity of game files).
Please also try a clean re-installation of the PLITCH client with the PLITCH Utilties tool (you can find it in the PLITCH installation folder. Open it and click on "Cleanupt Registry Files". Afterwards you can do a clean re-installation of PLITCH).
