Hey L3thal79,
thanks for reporting the issue. Please try to launch PLITCH and the Steam as administrator. To do this, right-click the desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the PLAY button in PLITCH and activate the cheats after fully loading your singleplayer save file.
