when try to activate it say error something went wrong activating this cheat code tells me to restart, I did and also run as adm but still gives me the same error :(

yay. :D also i noticed when i used it on other characters when the portrits are up and not the main title holders (like courters, married persons etc) the cheat don't work on them is that intended?
