Not Working dx12 steam

Activate is on waited one turn but cant use any of the others in list your can click on it or use the LShift and f number but wont do anything. I have restarted everything and even activated prepare and even waited a few turns and still nothing.

did you launch Plitch and Steam with adminrights?
Are you using mods?
Are you playing the Rise and Fall or Gathering Storm DLC?

Did you select the correct game entry in PLITCH? If you play addon content you have to select the addon.

i have tried loading in restarting selecting each dlc version but no luck so i dono
