The cheats are not working, i cannot active the "preparing" option and after it the cheats.

Please make sure to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking on their desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, load your savegame and try to activate the Prepare as well as the rest of the cheats.
