please try to run both PLITCH and Steam as an administrator (right click on the desktop icon).
Then make sure to select the correct version in PLITCH. If you use the latest version on Steam then the version 1.10.0.199864 (Steam) is the correct version in PLITCH.
Afterwards, start the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and load into your savegame.
Then you should be able to activate the "Prepare" cheat and then all the other cheats too.

same problem here, cant open the game via plitch although i have opened plitch as an admin. I am running 1.10.0.199864 of plitch

Please try a clean installation by uninstalling PLITCH 2.0 from your PC and then reinstalling it using the setup from our website:
https://www.plitch.com/en/downloadsoftware However, uninstall it with the "Uninstall PLITCH" .exe. You can find this by right-clicking on the PLITCH icon and opening the location. Uninstall PLITCH and download it again from the website.
Then try to start a game again using the usual steps.

again i cant use of the cheats.... they are not working i am pressing the enable button and nothing is happening
