opened build menu but add money skill etc wont work

i have followed instructions and opened build menu but adding money or skill points does not work . i have tried closing down reopenming and restarting level open build menu even build something and money will not work version epic games latest update opened via epic games first then trainer

Did you spend money/skillpoints before and after activating the cheat?
Were you able to activate the cheats but they didn't seem to have a function?

I opened buil menu and built a station then went to activate cheat and nothing happened cheat did not engage

i have done that tried starting a new game build mode buy activate cheat buy and same on a loaded game but when you push button nothing happens no green highlight no sound money cheat and skill points do not work at all
