Origin, cheat sounds, but no cheat, I prepare with main menu

With Origin, DAI, I prepare with LCTRL-F6 in main menu it makes activation sounds.  Within game I want 10,000 gold with LCTRL-F7 doesn't work, but I hear activation sounds.  Please help it to work.
