at the very least as it was time for a renewal of payment and i had not inquired about any way to stop auto payments atleast 1 renewal is acceptable and am fine with that but the 2 additional payments are not authorized and need to be corrected. ty

Always best to go straight to thw ticket system with that and we instantly figured it out :)
