I'm using Ubisoft Connect. Tried running directly from Steam since it auto-detect and launch from Ubisoft Connect, also the same - only Weapon codes work, the rest cannot enable.

Infinite Gadget under Weapon also cannot active via hotkey. The others under Weapons are working.

For your information, when you run an Ubisoft game from Steam, it will auto-launch Ubisoft launcher and run the game. You CANNOT launch Ubisoft Game from Steam without Ubisoft Connect. This is basic knowledge.
Plitch AUTO-SELECT the Ubisoft Connect cheat whether you run Ubisoft Games from Ubisoft Connect launcher or Steam client.
Therefore the partially working cheats I'm reporting refers to Ubisoft Connect cheat. Steam at this point has nothing to do with anything.
PS: I know how to mouse over on the dropdown and see the supported version list. I can read. 😎
