Permanent Animal Skins?

I only used Pick up tenfold once in my save but now I seem to have a permanent animal skin glitch in my inventory? Does this happen for this cheat code or is it a different one in Godmode? I have tried reloading the game without any of them but I seem to have permanent skins that I cannot get rid of - yes, it brings in a lot of money but now its sort of not fun and cannot sell to the hunters? 
Any suggestions? Thank you 😊

Have you verified your gamefiles for errors in steam/uplay?

Hello there, yes I have validated them and no errors or anomalies detected on the files.

Thanks for checking that! Did this happen for all of the animal skins or only specific ones?

All animal skins, as well as the feathers and fish. 
If I start the game as normal with no Plitch and sell all of them, it clears my inventory. But, if I then turn it back on, Godmode that is, and hunt a new animal they all come back and my inventory is full again and cannot hunt any further. 😓
