Please ensure to select the correct version (Steam) in the PLITCH dropdown menu. Please try to start both PLITCH (as u did) and Steam with explicit administrator rights. To do this, right-click on their desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate all of the cheats after fully loading in your savegame.
What you should try as well is to verify your game files in Steam. To do this, right-click the game in your Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files. Let me know if this worked. Thank you in advance.
