Is it just me that the prepare button and the money codes don't work?, I've tried to change the combination but it doesn't help, they worked earlier today

which exact cheat isn't working for you? Were you able to activate the prepare?
Did you launch Plitch and Steam as administrator?

I launched both as admin. I can get everything to work except for the money and experience options.
