I have the game running on administrator and plitch as well and it is the correct version and it still isn't working

Hey bahemutdeath,
Did you try activating the cheat AFTER loading into your savegame?
Is your numpad turned on?

I tested the cheats - the prepare seemed to work fine when activating within the finance menu - although the money cheat is not working.
I added it to the to-do list.
