I have loaded up Pharaoh and its not letting me click activate on here or anything else on it, I have checked all the options on the list and none of them are showing as working

Hey Texansmatt,
which exact cheat isn't working for you? Were you able to activate the prepare?
Did you launch Plitch and Steam as administrator?
