Problem with Godmode
I noticed while playing that the Godmode was also affecting enemies (AI Empires, Creatures, Leviathans, etc.) Nothing I did affected them until I turned off Godmode.
Version: Phoenix v4.0.13 (9024) on Steam and No Mods.

Please try verifying your game files in Steam? You can do this by right-clicking on the game in your Steam library -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files.
Also, did you create your savegame before or after the 4.0 update of the game?

I don't know what changed, but it's working properly on mine for now. I did verify, and it found all files successfully. I had savegames from before and after the 4.0 update, both were affected. I just deleted them and started over.

The developers make significant changes to the code with each update, so it's possible that savegames from earlier versions may experience issues. @Xenerookie Have you also tried creating a new savegame to see if the cheats work correctly there?

Terribly sorry I-J, I had been busy conquering the galaxy now when the cheat is working again. I had just forgotten to start a new session.
