Resource code issue Steam

The resource codes do not work the activartion code however the requisition credits cheat and the rep scrip do not work. Is there a certain way to activate the resources cheats? I have tried in the menu and the shop. This is for the steam version.

Well first you need to make sure the prepare is active, after that you have to open up your inventory where you can see your resources, activate the "activate resources" cheat, close and reopen your inventory, activate the other two cheats.
