Please make sure that you run both PLITCH and the platform you are playing on (Origin, Steam...) as an administrator. On what platform do you play?
Please also try to gain and spend resource points one time before and after you activate the cheat, so the value can update.

I have the same problem, running it on the correct platform and version and it doesn't work. I have gained and spent resource points and has no effect. I have the same issue for all resource and money cheats. Everything else is working fine.

Are you playing via Steam or Origin?
Did you gain/spend some resources while the prepare was active?

I'm on origins but I do believe I figured it out.  I didn't realize I needed to be in the actual development screen to activate the cheat.  Thank you for the quick reply.  Sorry to waste your time.
