Definitely something coming from the editor. Happens with or without the trainer.
Also, can't save the game, can't save preferences, ...
Current versions : Launcher 2.0.9 // Railway Empire 1.13.0.26011

"Your browser will ask you for permission to display your online status. As soon as you accept this, it should work as intended.
In case this does not pop up:
- Make sure you are signed in into Epic.
- Open the browser of your choice in the background and then start the game. This should open the dialogue mentioned above."
