Skillpoint worked 1 time, but now it doesnt. I tried it will the game was paused, was inventory screen, was in my skillpoint screen, also, while I was in my base. I get the notification sound that it worked, but nothing happens

Are you playing via steam or msstore and did you make sure to select the right version (steam/msstore) in the trainer?
Did you spend some skillpoints AFTER activating the cheat?
