Skills/Experience Won't Activate

As the title says, using any of the Skills/Experience cheats, nothing happens. They worked before, but for the last 3 days they won't activate. I've tried adjusting the version of the game I'm playing to see if that makes a difference or not, but it hasn't. Any ideas how to fix this?

There's been no update the last few dates 🤔
Are you playing via steam or msstore?
Did you restart game and trainer?

MS Store, tried restarting game and trainer both, as well as the computer itself.

Did you open the character screen, activate the cheat, close and reopen the screen?

Yes. Now I can't even get the prepare to activate.
