Additionally, please ensure to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. To do this, right-click on their desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate the cheats after fully loading in your savegame.

Agreed, this is not working correctly. The Item quantity adjsutments only adjust the value displayed. So, for example, say I have one bullet, and I adjust the quantity to 300 (max stack in game). If I move that stack to a storage bin, the quantity in the stack gets reset to the original value of 1. i tried this on several different items, and with several different stack sizes. Yes, running as Admin for both Plitch and Steam.
