the splendor activation does nothing for horse lords. not sure if it's not working on other rulers.

Are you playing via Steam or MS Store? The cheat should only affect your own dynasty and not others.

I'm sorry for the delayed response. This was totally user error on my part. It was set to MS Store. Thank you for the prompt and quick response and thank you for pointing out me being a big dummy.
