the cheats should be up to date. Which exact cheat isn't working for you? Were you able to activate the Prepare?
Are you playing via Steam or MS Store and did you ensure to select the correct version (Steam/ MS Store) in Plitch?

yes It work again sometimes it has some connect issues also like fantasy life I do Prepare. And it is not my internet.

Please always try to activate the Prepare cheat after fully loading into your savegame. If you activate the cheat from the main menu, it will most likely not work, and you’ll need to restart the game.
