thank you for reporting the issue. The cheats should be up to date.
Are you playing via Steam, GOG or MS Store and did you ensure to select the correct version (Steam/ GOG/ MS Store) in Plitch?
I quickly tested the cheats in the Steam version, and they appeared to work fine: https://i.gyazo.com/e7b1d8862087673de62b0cf30e656f29.mp4
Although the maximum cap for the stats seem to be 25 by the game itself, so I’ve limited the max value of the cheats accordingly.

ya that was it. it some how got switched to gog even though i have never played it on gog thanks for the help
