Last time i played the game was about 1 month ago. I tried to reinstall it but the play button from the trainer is greyed out. I cant start the game from the trainer.

Hey tomytzaaa,
the play button is greyed out once the game is already running. It has nothing to do with the cheats.
You need to load into your savegame and activate the cheat called "Prepare".

Although we're currently having some issues with the latest version and we're working on a solution for that. It's on the to-do list.

the play button is greyed out once the game is already running. It has nothing to do with the cheats.
You need to load into your savegame and activate the cheat called "Prepare".

Although we're currently having some issues with the latest version and we're working on a solution for that. It's on the to-do list.

I know that once the game is running the button is greyed out. But my game isn't running. i open the computer, open plitch open steam then try  to run the game through plitch play button and it's greyed out. That's why i sayed i can't start the game from the trainer.

Hmm that sounds weird. 
I just tested the play button but it seems to work fine for this game.
Can you repair your trainer by using the Plitch Utilities Tool? To open it up, type into the windows search bar: PlitchUtilities

Ok. So this is what i did.
1.  I used Plitch Utilities. DId the cleanup registry files, repair, reinstall, rebuild wmi, everything. 
2. Reinstaled the game in my steam
3. Logged in in Plitch and searched the game.
4. When i click on the game it says Loading for 5-10 seconds then i hear the specific sound on the trainer when you usually press the play button. But i don't press anything. The play button is greyed out. I can't launche the game. 
5. I enabled datailed log if this help. I don't know where to send the file.
6. Should i record my screen and show you step by step how the trainer behave? is that of any help ?
