Are you playing via steam or retail and did you make sure to select the right version (steam/retail) in the trainer?
Which cheats were you trying to use that aren't working?

None of them work on either campaign or free mode. I'm using the correct codes for Steam. Most of the buttons don't activate and the few that do, don't have any effect
