As you said that F1 is either taking Screen-Shots or brings FPS in-game, it may be due to a program you have installed.
In addition, know that Plitch offers an Hotkey editing feature, by clicking the Pen icon next to each cheat, so go ahead and change F1 to something else like INSERT.

I can not get any of the cheats to activate with F1. It tries to take a screenshot or bring up something else. Probably has to do with my nvidia settings if I was to take a guess. I have to manually click on activate cheats. Another bug I seem to have issues with is when I want to switch games I have to sometimes close out Plitch because it wont let me switch to a new one.
My husband and I play a lot of games. We went through our active games and this is what we have thats not working. I decided to not add the games that are working. Dont' want to distract from the ones not working. :)
I have around another 55 games I could go through but I don't have a lot of time in the day to do that with work. These just seemed like the ones that we log the most hours on.

Farm Together – It didn’t matter how I logged into the game. The only thing that worked was to activate cheats. The second problem is even after I have logged out of the game completely the cheats stay active and I have to close Plitch down and bring it back up to reset it.
Last Epoch – No matter how you load the game it crashes when you try to use the cheat engine.
Throne Breaker – You can get the cheat to work by loading the game through the client. But you have to go to camp then leave camp. After you use a cheat to add things you have to escape and come back and it will show up. When you play the card game battle part with cheats it crashes and then my anti-virus removed Plitch as a idp.generic threat. When trying to redownload Plitch my anti-virus would not even allow me to download it and add it as an exception. I had to disable the antivirus before it would allow me to download it and it works again. We tested it one more time and when playing the card battle with the cheats on it crashed the game and my antivirus removed Plitch again. We had to make an exception 3 times before the antivirus stopped trying to quarantine it. Health and energy cheats also do not work.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey – Works but I have to manually activate most of the cheats.
Assassin’s Creedy Origins – Works but I have to manually activate most of the cheats.
Grim Dawn - I could not get prepare for cheats to active at all.
Warhammer: Chaos Bane – All cheats worked except the 10 Coin5 cheat Under items section.
Fade to Silence – All cheats work except the experience ones.
Age of Empires II – Could not get any of your versions to work with mine.
Dragon Age Inquisition – The game crashes the moment I try to activate cheats.
